O'Neill Consulting were involved for a continental investment fund in the development of this project from site selection and purchase. O'Neill Consulting was responsible for architectural design, planning applications - including successful appeal to An Bord Pleanala, construction documentation, tendering and site supervision to final account. The units were first built to shell and core stage and then tailor finished to the purchasers' requirements. Units were custom designed  for Enhanced Technology Systems Ltd., including call centre for Veronique Didi, fashion designer, for Piper Systems Ltd., providers of food industry quality control systems, for Advanced Surgical Concepts Ltd., an American owned firm with biological research facility. Completion was in 1998.
